Maria Radziejowska is an attorney, member of the Bar Association in Warsaw. As part of her local government activities, since 2018, she has been the head of the Human Rights Section of the District Bar Council in Warsaw. Se is also a member of the Human Rights Committee of the Supreme Bar Council.

She cooperates on a daily basis with the Pietrzak Sidor & Wspólnicy sp. j. law firm in Warsaw, where she mainly deals with criminal law cases, acting as a defence counsel or as attorney for the wronged parties, in cross-border criminal law, as well as cases concerning the violation of fundamental rights and freedoms, including cases concerning foreigners’ rights.

She is conducting administrative proceedings to confirm the possession of Polish citizenship by two underage children adopted in another European Union Member State by a Polish citizen; the children were born from her female partner.

In addition, Radziejowska is also conducting a case concerning the granting of a deceased spouse’s pension by the Social Insurance Institution. This case concerns the spouse of a Polish citizen who is a citizen of another European Union Member State.
